The project is a Palafox-designed 69-hectare real estate horizontal development located at Barrio Calulut, City of San Fernando and Barrio Panipuan, Mexico, Pampanga. It will be developed into a mid-cost housing subdivision with first class amenities.
The project is located in the Capital of Pampanga Province which is one of the premiere provinces in terms of urbanization. The proclamation of San Fernando as a city is a testament to this.

Despite the slowdown in the real estate industry in mid-1990s, several opportunities still existed, especially in housing and memorial parks development.
