Restaurants, Cafes, and Bars
In the food and service industry, water is used for various processes and applications. These include cooking, coffee making, tea brewing, ice making and soft drink mixing. Each of these applications has a different water quality requirement. Water used for cooking, drinking, and soft drink mixing needs to be free of sediments, chlorine, and bacteria. For coffee machines, ice machines, espresso machines, and tea brewing, the main issue that needs to be addressed is limescale buildup. Calcium and magnesium minerals precipitate and solidify inside the machines, damaging these in the process. Water for these applications needs to be specifically treated to remove the minerals and inhibit their precipitation. We understand the needs of these applications and have designed cost-effective water filtration solutions for each of these applications. The components of the water filtration system will depend on which application you will use them for.
Our water filtration systems include:
- Sediment filters
- Activated carbon filters
- Carbon block
- Softening resin
- Polyphosphate
- UV light
We will help you maintain your water treatment systems to keep them producing high-quality water each time.
Hospitals and Clinics
Purified water is one of the most basic requirements in hospitals and clinics.
Hospitals and clinics require reliable and efficient water purification systems to consistently produce purified water for cleaning, infection control, and other medical applications. Having consistent pure water is critical for medical applications like renal dialysis. Dialysis, the medical process of removing waste from the blood stream, uses dialyzers with semipermeable fibers, through which the blood will flow. The dialysate, a mixture of pure water and specific chemicals, flows outside the fibers. The dialysate pulls the waste materials out of the blood and into the dialysate. If impure water is used for dialysis, the impurities will instead go into the blood and cause further complications and harm.
We understand that hospitals and clinics need high-quality pure water for drinking and for medical applications. We have tried and tested reverse osmosis systems that consistently produce the right kind of water for your patients’ health.
We offer a comprehensive range of water pre-treatment equipment and reverse osmosis systems.
Water Refilling Stations
Water is the key resource of your business. Water can have a variety of dissolved elements and compounds that can influence its taste, smell, and appearance. For it to taste well, all other elements, minerals, and compounds in the water should be removed. In other words, water should be purified.
We have many years of experience working with water refilling businesses. We have the knowledge, experience, and the technical expertise to supply you with high-quality, efficient, and reliable water purification systems to produce great-tasting water. We will customize your entire system, depending on the quality and composition of the supply of water. We will help you design, install, and maintain your water purification system for a consistent product.
Laboratories
Purified and ultrapure water are used by laboratories for various applications, such as the cleaning of equipment, the preparation of buffers and reagents, and the dilution of compounds. The level of purity needed depends on the type of activity needed; the standards are based on ASTM D1193-91.
We can design various reverse osmosis (RO) and deionization (DI) RO-DI systems that can produce water with purity levels of up to 18.2MΩ.cm. We offer a range of capacities for our RO systems and DI modules.
INDUSTRIAL

Food and Beverage Manufacturing
Water is one of the most common ingredients used in food and beverage manufacturing. Typically, water carries a variety of dissolved elements and compounds like chlorine, calcium, magnesium, sediments, and bacteria. These impurities in the water will affect the taste and consistency of the final product and may also lead to limescale buildup inside the machines. High-quality purified water is needed to minimize any potential scaling in the machines and potential impacts the water will have on the taste and quality of the final food and beverage products.
We can design water purification systems and solutions depending on the quality of the source water and your required output. We have the experience and the technical expertise to provide you with reliable water purification systems that constantly produce consistent purified water. We will help you maintain your system to help you minimize maintenance costs and consistently produce high-quality products.
Pharmaceuticals and Chemical Manufacturing
Purified water is widely used by pharmaceutical and chemical companies in many applications like drug or chemical formulation, quality control tests, laboratory research and experiments. Any impurities in the water can affect the quality, potency, and safety of the finished product. Impurities can also skew laboratory analysis results and quality control test results. A reliable supply of purified water is important for consistent laboratory results and consistent production of high-quality products.
We can design, supply and maintain water purification systems capable of consistently delivering the highest quality of purified water for your pharmaceutical applications and processes.
Metal Casting and Fabrication
Jet cutting machines are occasionally used in metal fabrication plants. They require specific parameters in the water to function optimally. Purified water is best used for jet cutting applications since it has minimal mineral content. Minerals in the water can lead to scaling on the nozzle, which can weaken the waterjet stream, clog the nozzle, and result in the accelerated wear and tear of the machine. Dissolved solids and extreme pH levels can be abrasive and damage the jet cutting machine, so proper treatment is necessary to protect it.
Water is also used in metal casting for cooling molds. Impurities in the water will cause scale buildup on the molds and lessen the quality of the final product. We recommend using purified water so that you no longer have to descale your equipment as much, which can be very costly and time consuming.
We can design and customize our water treatment systems based on the quality of your source water, and the parameters required by the equipment used.
Resorts
Island and beach resorts often have little to no access to fresh water. Salt water is abundant, however it cannot be drank or used for utility purposes, since it will corrode the pipes and fixtures it passes through. These resorts require potable, filtered or purified water to be used for utilities, cooking and drinking.
We understand that different resorts have a different quality of source water and a unique set of requirements. We have the experience and technical expertise to design, install and maintain customized desalination and water treatment systems specifically made for your needs.
We offer customized water treatment systems including:
- Desalination Systems
- Reverse Osmosis Systems
Power Plants
A consistent supply of ultrapure water is vital to the operations of steam-driven power plants. The water is heated in a boiler, turns into steam and spins the steam turbine. The spinning motion of the steam turbine drives the electrical generator of the power plant. Ultrapure water is needed to maintain the cleanliness of the pipes and the steam turbine blades. Any impurities in the water can lead to a buildup of minerals in the pipes and turbine blades and cause scaling, which can severely affect equipment performance.
We have the knowledge and technical expertise to provide a wide range of customized pre-treatment, reverse osmosis and deionization systems to consistently produce ultrapure water. We will also help you maintain your water purification system for the optimal performance of your facility.
We offer:
- Reverse Osmosis Systems
- Deionization Systems
Electronics Manufacturing
Ultrapure water is a central part in the manufacturing of semiconductors and integrated circuits. In the manufacturing process of microchips and circuits, solvents and debris are removed through washing processes. Ultrapure water is free of minerals, silica, ions, bacteria fragments, total organic carbon, and other molecular impurities. These impurities can block pathways in microchips and circuits, and will adversely affect the quality and performance of the products.
We have the capability and expertise to provide you with high-quality water treatment systems, including pre-treatment, reverse osmosis and deionization, to produce water that adheres to your required specifications.
Ice Plants
Water is mainly used in ice plants to produce ice and for cooling system applications. Impurities like salt in the water can affect the color, taste, and clarity of the ice. These will also affect the production of ice, since salt in the water reduces its freezing point, leading to higher energy costs.
Aside from affecting the ice produced, the impurities in the water can also adversely affect the ice machine and the other cooling systems. The ice machine can be damaged by scale buildup, while the cooling tower and condenser can be rendered inefficient not only by scale buildup, but also by corrosion, and biofilm buildup.
Water testing is essential to ice plants to determine the type of contaminants present in the water, so that proper water treatment systems can be installed to produce high-quality ice, and to maintain the operating efficiency of the equipment.
Boiler and Cooling Tower Applications
Boilers use various sources of fuel to turn water into steam, which can be used for production or for energy generation through a turbine. Boiler water needs to be properly treated to remove impurities. Any impurities will turn into solid deposits when the water evaporates. When the deposits accumulate, the rate of steam generation decreases, and the amount of energy required to turn water into steam increases, making the boiler operations more costly. Accumulated deposits can also damage the boiler tubes.
Similarly, cooling towers use circulating water as a means of heat transfer. Untreated water used in cooling towers can lead to scale and biofilm buildup, which will significantly reduce the efficiency of heat transfer of the cooling towers.
We design our water treatment systems based on the number of contaminants present in the water. Our systems will be customized for your needs so that your boiler and your cooling tower will run efficiently.
Iron and Silica Removal
Iron
Iron is an element commonly found in groundwater sources. It causes the water to be foul, to have a yellowish color, and have high turbidity. When dissolved iron accumulates, it can slowly cause clogging in pipes and equipment, and can even damage the final product if the water is used for production. When it is not removed from the water, iron can also damage typical water filtration setups.
Silica
Silica, or silicon dioxide, is a compound that can also cause problems if it is present in the water. It tends to form thick and dense deposits of scale in pipes and equipment. It also causes scaling and fouling in reverse osmosis membranes. Checking for silica is important to keep your equipment working and running efficiently, so that your operating costs do not go up. It is especially important in boiler applications because silica scale can interfere with the heat exchange and eventually damage and rupture the boiler tubes.
It is essential to test your source water for iron and silica, especially if the source is groundwater or deepwell water. This way, an iron or silica removal system can be put in place to remove these contaminants from the water and prevent any unnecessary increase in maintenance costs, operating inefficiencies, and negative effects on equipment and products.
