All Waste Services, Inc. is formerly Inchem Environmental, Inc., a Treatment Storage and Disposal (TSD) facility established in November 1996 with its operating facility located at Km. 32 Brgy. Tuktukan, Guiguinto, Bulacan. It was originally established to cater to the environmental needs, particularly the waste management requirements of the semiconductor industry. It has since diversified to include car and food manufacturing, petrochemical, power producing, pharmaceutical and personal care companies as well as academic institutions as members of its elite clientele. AWS started operating the facility in August 2012 and wishes to further expand its services to include medical, pathological E-waste confidential papers and other special wastes in the near future.

Services
AWS provides an extensive range of waste management services that includes the following: solvent distillation; used of oil filtration; copper recovery; waste packaging material disposal; contaminated material cleaning; expired consumer product treatment and disposal; neutralization and stabilization processes; chemical fixation and oxidation; waste encapsulation, enhanced composting and landfarming techniques.
Poised to expand its business further, AWS is continuously upgrading its in-house laboratory to include sampling and analysis in its list of services to its customers. The DENR-accredited laboratory is well on its way to become an ISO 17025 certified laboratory. AWS has invested in highly qualified personnel for its research and development department to further enhance its operations. In addition, an environmental section for consultancy and other environment-related activities such as site assessment and remediation, due diligence, environmental audits and licensing has been formed.
AWS is dedicated to the promotion of well being. It has instigated programs for the improved health of its employees and communities surrounding AWS such as medical missions and donations in the form of cleaning and waste management materials.

At the core of the AWS business is the environment for which it acts as a proactive vanguard. AWS is well informed on new policies and forthcoming laws that govern its business . It is compliant with all regulatory requirements pertaining to its operation and , as an ISO 14001 company since October 2001, it is constantly implementing refinements to its environmental management system. AWS initiates, in all areas of its operation, programs aimed at improving the local environmental condition by actions such as tree planting and river monitoring activities. It conducts regular checking of the environmental quality within and beyond its responsibility and supports programs of the DENR by providing technical assistance and manpower to the Department’s clean-up and environmental activities.
