Refilling Service
Our business is based on long-term relationships with its customers and therefore our Preventive Maintenance service of installed Fire Suppression system is very important in assuring your system is in working condition.
To provide worry free solutions, we have built our own Filling Station for FM-200 and Novec gas. In this way, the time to restore the normal operation can be done as soon as possible. The time to remove the empty cylinders, refill them and install them back is measured just in a couple of days.
Structured Cabling
BIGLEAP’s Structured Cabling installation is done by following the TIA/EIA guidelines to ensure minimum to zero loss of bandwidth.
Our project management method consist of a Project report sent to the client on a weekly basis making sure that the customer is up to speed on the progress of their project. A dedicated project manager who handles the customer request and a 24 hour hotline to ensure that issues are escalated and action items are done as quickly as possible.
