Celcotec, established in 1994, is a full-service construction company with a proven track record among some of the country's biggest institutions. Celcotec today holds competencies in civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering design, voice and data communication, and renewable power-generating equipment (solar, wind, water).
The services of Celcotec Industrial Corp. cover the whole range of construction requirements in civil, mechanical, and electrical works. In our early years, Celcotec focused on general construction services and providing quality electrical products.
Electrical works
Our core expertise in electrical engineering covers electrical construction projects, rehabilitation of medium and low voltage, distribution lines, low voltage switchgear, 5MVA outdoor substation, electrical design, rewiring and upgrading.
Civil works
We hold a license from the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board and an Inter-Agency Certificate to handle works on roads, bridges, railroads, manufacturing plants; power generating plants/power transmission and distribution systems; communication facilities engineering; iron, steel, wood, masonry and earth construction; parks, playgrounds; low to high-rise buildings.
General construction
We are licensed for general engineering and building, including architectural works for office/residential occupancies, general and specialty painting, specialty masonry and tile works, fitting-out works for electrical/mechanical systems.
Telecommunication
We also supply and install voice and data systems and security systems, including closed circuit television system (CCTV), voice and data system, outside and inside plant system, telephone switchboards (PABX and KTS), intercom system, MDF, MMTC and TTC, local area network cabling and distribution system.
Renewable energy
We provide all kinds of power-generation solutions harnessing solar, solar-wind, and hydroelectric energy. We can design and custom-tailor solutions specific to customer needs, eliminating extraneous installation expenses. We also provide turn-key and onsite solutions.
PCAB and IAC Licensed

MR Lim, president and founder
Celcotec was established in 1994 during the revitalization of the construction industry after the slump of the '80s. Menandro R. Lim, a professional electrical engineer, grasped the opportunity and registered Celcotec with the Securities and Exchange Commission in 1994 (SEC Registration No. AS094-008929) with an authorized capital stock of two million pesos. It was subsequently also registered with the Department of Trade and Industry in 2006 (DTI Registration No. 00220835).
