D.L. Cervantes Construction Corporation (DLCCC), formerly known as D.L. Cervantes Construction, is known for delivering quality projects and services to its valuable clients for the past two decades. Registered with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), DLCCC is categorized as a “AAA” contractor in General Engineering and General Building . It has completed different kinds of construction projects ranging from excavation works, road construction, fire and rescue buildings, hospital buildings, gymnasiums, school buildings, housing to commercial buildings.
HISTORY
Construction industry has always played a key role in a developing country like the Philippines. With stable economic growth, traditional construction methods and management styles can no longer match the increasing demand for technical sophistication.
To meet this demand, Mr. Diosdado L. Cervantes established D.L. Cervantes Construction, a sole proprietorship issued with a Contractor’s License on March 1, 1991. This was the beginning of a company that soon grew bigger as the years passed by. The company, then known as DLC Construction, was involved in different kinds of projects that contributed to the vast experience of its employees led by its core management.
As the company continued to grow, family members became directly involved in the business. Mr. Cervantes, together with his wife Ms. Cynthia M. Cervantes and their four children, decided to incorporate the D.L. Cervantes Construction - thus the beginning of D.L. Cervantes Construction Corporation (DLCCC).
