Where do we procure the pharmacy merchandise?
The franchisee is required to source all its medicines and related supplies directly from Farmacia Ni Dok Inc.
What are the criteria for choosing a site or location?
The store should be visible from main roads or thoroughfares, near commercial or highly dense residential areas.
What is the manpower requirement for a Farmacia Ni Dok franchise outlet?
The Food and Drug Administration requires all drugstores to have a licensed pharmacist to directly supervise operations and dispense drugs. Ideal staff requirement per store would be 2 to 3 personnel including the Pharmacist / Manager and Pharmacy Assistant.
Will I get a comprehensive operations manual?
Yes. After you sign a franchise agreement, you will receive a copy of the Confidential Operations Manual containing policies and procedures involving Farmacia Ni Dok franchise operation. What are the opening hours?
It’s the discretion of the franchisee to exercise the operating hours based on environmental factors. Generally, opens at 8am and closes at 8pm.
Can I return unsaleable medicines?
We exercise proper allocation of medicines according to movement. Hence, we make sure that all medicines are of utmost importance. Therefore, we do not encourage any return of medicine as this forms part of the initial stocks and maintaining inventory.
Can I replace the expired branded medicines?
Branded medicines can be replaced 6 months before the expiration.
When should I pay for the initial stocks delivered?
Cash on delivery or terms. To avoid delay on delivery the franchisee will pay the account payables first per invoice.
