Filling
Automatic Linear 6-Heads Pressure Filling Machine
The machine is equipped with 6 specially designed stainless steel nozzles. These nozzles are mounted on an anodized aluminium plate with a long slot hole for the adjustment of the center distance of the nozzles to suit a wide range of bottles. The filling principle is by a pump, transferring the product through a specially designed nozzle into the bottle to be filled.
Application
- Most suitable for soft bottles of rectangular, or flat in shape.
Automatic Linear 6-Heads Gravity Filling Machine
This machine is equipped with 6 specially designed non-drip stainless steel nozzles. Complete with a 16 feet stainless steel conveyor with 3-1/4″width stainless steel table top chain and a 1.0 HP variable speed drive unit for the feeding of the containers to the filler.
A product buffer tank of 60 litres capacity at the lower portion of the machine with high/low level sensor and stainless steel pneumatic rotary actuator product inlet valve. Together with this buffer tank is a stainless steel centrifugal pump for the supply of product to the overhead stainless steel tank which will delivered the product by gravity through a pneumatic actuated control valve and to the filling nozzles.

Automatic Rotary Gravity Vacuum Filling & Press-on Capping Machine

Filling
- Composed of 16 specially designed filling nozzles for high vacuum filling.
- The infeed pump is suitable for the kind of product to be treated and complete with pneumatic actuated control valve.
- Vacuum is created with oil-less vacuum pump to assist suck back of excess product in the bottle to the vacuum intercepting tank and back to the product tank by pump.
Capping
- An automatic rotary type with 4 heads screw-on capper specially designed for soft cork press-on caps.
- The whole capping system is supplied by AROL of Italy.
- Specially designed mechanical caps sorter assisted by pneumatic to sort the caps in the correct position and send through a stainless steel chute and to a specially designed head for ‘Pick & Place System’.
- Capping head is driven by an electric motor and the descending movement is operated by cam system.
- Built-in ‘Pick & Place’ system for positive capping of soft cork press-on cap onto the bottle.
Rinsing
Automatic Rotary Bottle Rinsing Machine
“BR AUTO” is fully automatic and is manufactured either with 10, 16 or 20 heads to give an hourly output between 2000 and 8000 bottles. This machine will handle containers of any size, shape and capacity.
Features
- Infeed by feeding scroll and starwheel to the neck gripping turnover unit and place over the injection jet with effective rinsing.
- The injected solution can be disposed to drain or re circulated as a closed cycle via filtration.

Automatic Linear Bottle Rinser
An automatic linear type of bottle rinsing machine for rinsing internal section of bottles with sterilizing solution or product. Empty bottles are fed by conveyor to the bottle gripping station. Once the sensor detected bottles in position, the bottle gripper will grip all the bottles and the whole station will rotate 180 degree backward so that all the bottles will be in invert position with bottle mouth station on top of the spray nozzles.
Once all the bottles are in placed, spraying process will start and the spray time is adjustable to each individual requirement. Spraying will stop once it reaches the present spraying time, dripping of excess water in the bottle is allowed according to the time setting for the dripping.
The gripping station will turn 180 degree forward to its original home position at the end of the dripping time. Automatic gating system will move the 6 rinsed bottles out from the gripping station and the rinsing process continue with the new bottles.
Semi-Automatic Rotary Rinser
Equipped with 20 Nozzles for rinsing internal section of bottles with sterilizing solution or product. Bottles are inserted upside down into the bottle neck catch or holder manually. The rotary disc with 20 holders are designed to suit the bottles. This rotary disc with the bottles inverted will arrive to the product injection. The injection phase has 2 stages. At the end of the second injection stage, the product dripping will be recovered by canalisation and discharged from the machine.

- Bottles will be replaced manually after the dripping phase.
- The rotary disc turning speed is adjusted by a knob on the control panel.

H2O Plus Quick Change Filtration is a Point-Of-Use residential drinking water system that made filter replacement easier even without the use of any tools!
The alkaline filtration system features 3 stages of filtration process. Afterwards, it will pass through the UV system that will sterilize your drinking water making it safe and potable.

Reverse Osmosis
