Hipulan Consruction started with a humble beginning in the year 1994 with the main goal to become one of the most referred accredited contractors of Petron Corporation. The name Hipulan is named after the family name of the Proprietor, Blas T. Hipulan.
Being a small company, it started with just minor repairs both civil and mechanical at Petron Corporation. Slowly acquiring knowledge and experience through the projects given by Petron and other projects outside Petron, the company slowly but steadily have grown from less than 10 employees to more than 100 employees recently from its existence.
Our main objective is to become client’s most preferred contractor, especially in Service Station Construction and Repairs, Fuel Depot Storage Tank Fabrication, Installation, Design and Alteration, LPG requalification, Depot Equipment Repairs and Preventive Maintenance, and Service Station Equipment Repairs and Maintenance.
