Kenneth Construction & General Merchandise (KCGM) is a single enterprise that deals with construction business (vertical and horizontal) and design/planning. The staff is composed of selected and competent experts in different fields from design, construction, and project management. It is licensed under the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) with complete local and national permits, and complies with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations.

On August 1, 2014 the company adopts a Quality Management System. It was assessed and registered by NQA Global Assurance on the provisions of BS ECN ISO 9001:2008, and was registered on January 16, 2015 (Cert No. 49515) with an EAC Code No. 28.

KCGM is currently operating nationwide with projects located in Bacolod City, Silay City, Talisay City, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Marinduque, Davao City, Cebu City, and Metro Manila.
