Our company was established in March 2007 as Monocrete Readymix Corporation. Its mission is to ensure that the concrete ready-mix it supplies in the local market is of superior quality through challenging the latest trend in the ready-mix production, use of calibre raw materials and continuous manpower training.
In August 2012, it entered into a new venture hence changed its name to Monocrete Realty and Development Corporation. The organization evolved to building, purchasing, owning, subdividing, selling, leasing real estates, whether be improved or unimproved, be it residential, commercial or agricultural, insofar as may be permitted by law. Under the same name, the company started providing services such as precast and rebar fabrication and finishing works.
April 2014, Monocrete founder Engr. Manuel S. Mendoza, believed that the company can now compete in the trending world of general construction. Therefore, it expanded its vision to be an innovative and trusted construction and engineering firm and started offering construction services. As to date, its official name is MONOCRETE CONSTRUCTION PHILIPPINES INC.
As proof of its international competitiveness, Monocrete was newly certified to the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2007 and Occupational, Health and Safety Advisory Services OHSAS 18001:2008.
Recently, Monocrete is affiliated with numerous organizations to strengthen its corporate social responsibility and its role in nation building such as Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), Philippine Green Building Council or BERDE. It also founded Tulong Dunong Foundation which offers scholarship grants for its employees and their immediate families to assist their educational funds.
Monocrete offers a full range of program management; planning, design and engineering; systems engineering and technical assistance; construction and construction management; operations and maintenance; management and operations; information technology; and decommissioning and closure services.
