Magsaysay Shipping & Logistics is engaged in full-container shipping. We are equipped with international standard 20 and 40 foot dry container vans and land-based equipment such as forklifts, toplifts, reachstackers, and straddle carriers in our branches all over the country. Aside from containerized shipments, we carry break-bulk cargoes such as heavy equipment, trucks and vehicles, and steel products.

Our service routes are strategically mapped in six of the country’s major economic ports - Manila, Batangas, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Davao , and General Santos. Our customers’ cargoes are shipped between these ports onboard our five full-container vessels that have earned the International Safety Management (ISM) certification for complying with the ISM code as prescribed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and are classed by the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS). In addition, our vessels are certified by the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) by adopting security measures laid down by the IMO and are enrolled under the Protection and Indemnity (P&I) Club of London, covering them from 3rd-Party claims.

Our sailing frequency is four-times weekly for the Manila – Cebu – Cagayan de Oro – Manila route and three-times monthly for the Manila – Davao – General Santos – Manila route.

FULL CONTAINER LINER SHIPPING

NMC Container Lines, Inc. (NMCCLI) is engaged in full-container liner shipping servicing six of the country’s major economic ports – Manila, Batangas, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, and General Santos.

NMCCLI accepts containerized shipments, dangerous goods (DG), break bulk, refrigerated, loose, and rolling cargoes. NMCCLI’s service modes are pier-to-pier, pier-to-door, door-to-pier, and door-to-door.

Over the years, NMCCLI has heavily invested in modern vessels, facilities, equipment, and state-of-the-art technology to ensure efficient deliveries and safe carriage of cargoes.

NMCCLI is equipped with international standard 20-foot and 40-foot dry container vans and land-based equipment such as straddle carriers, toplifts, and reach stackers in all areas of its operations.

NMCCLI’s vessels are classed by members of the International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) and have passed the rigid requirements of vessel safety and maintenance.

Our vessels are likewise compliant with the standards of the International Safety Management (ISM) and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) as mandated by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).

NMCCLI's vessels are enrolled with the Protection and Indemnity Clubs (P&I), covering them from third party liabilities. This ensures that customers’ cargoes are covered in cases of claims and damages while under the carriage of NMCCLI.

3RD PARTY LOGISTICS

Onestop Logistics Solutions, Inc. provides professional logistics solutions covering our customers’ needs. We take care of our clients through a wide range of logistics services: less-than-container-load cargo consolidation, sea freight forwarding, project cargo handling, hazardous waste materials transport, lube oil transport, end-to-end dangerous goods handling and trucking.

LESS-THAN-CONTAINER-LOAD (LCL) CONSOLIDATION

Less-than-Container-Load (LCL) Consolidation is OneStop's nationwide service catering to the cargo transport needs of shippers requiring less cargo space and share container space with other cargoes of similar points of destination.

In addition, OneStop provides a value added supply of "Smart" boxes in 3 different sizes for shippers who want their cargoes packed with extra care and security. The "Smart" box breaks the traditional 1 cubic meter (CBM) minimum volume requirement for shipments. Now, shippers can ship using the "Smart" box even for shipments that are less than 1 CBM.

OCEAN FREIGHT FORWARDING, PROJECT CARGO HANDLING, HAULING / TRUCKING AND HAZARDOUS WASTE MATERIALS / DANGEROUS GOODS TRANSPORT

OneStop provides ocean freight forwarding to key cities and major ports nationwide. It also provides hauling/trucking, project cargo handling, and hazardous waste materials/dangerous goods transport.

OneStop is a DENR (Department of Environment & Natural Resources) recognized transporter of hazardous waste materials with DENR Transporter I.D. No. TP13-39-0030.

OneStop handles the following hazardous waste materials, including, but not limited to: acid waste, alkali waste, organic chemicals, organic solvents, oil sludge, ink, paint, latex and adhesive waste.

OneStop also provides ISO tanks for the transport of liquid raw materials or finished liquid products in large quantities or in bulk such as chemicals, oil, ethanol, alcohol, chlorine and the like.

OneStop has a fleet of 30 brand new ISO tanks that meet the UN Portable Tanks specification and are class certified based on the International Tank Container Organization or ITCO standards.

Each ISO tank can load as much as 25,000 liters of liquid products and has safety features and accesories like collapsible handrails, wider walkways, and tamper-resistant valve assembly.

OneStop's expertise in hazardous waste handling starts from the origin facility to the treatment storage and/or disposal facility using the proper waste transport system and processes.

WAREHOUSING & CONTAINER YARD FACILITIES

OneStop Warehousing Solutions, Inc. offers contract logistics warehouse and inventory management capabilities. We are also engaged in the warehouse management services of cold storage facilities for frozen and chilled commodities. This includes stock management of products, distributor replenishment, route-to-route market services, and vehicle capacity utilization for chilled products. Our commitment to provide cost beneficial solutions in warehouse management led to the acquisition of the INFOR Warehouse Management System (WMS). This system covers all aspects of warehouse management protocols from receiving to releasing. Real-time reports will enable fast and up-to-date status for all activities in any managed warehouse.

WAREHOUSING

A facet of OneStop's range of services is its contract logistics warehouse and inventory management capabilities. One of its managed warehouses can accommodate up to 33,000 pallet positions.

By adopting the selective and drive-in, drive-through pallet racking system, OneStop ensures fast movement and rotation of stocks in its managed warehouses. By this, OneStop guarantees its customers the timely availability of its products to their consumers.

OneStop is also engaged in the warehouse management services of cold storage facilities for frozen and chilled commodities. This includes stock management of products, distributor replenishment, route-to-market services, and vehicle capacity utilization for chilled products.

OneStop’s commitment to provide cost beneficial solutions in warehouse management led to the acquisition of the INFOR warehouse Management System (WMSI). CONTAINER YARD (CY) FACILITIES

OneStop provides container yard facilities for laden and/or empty container van storage, stripping/stuffing of cargoes, cargo staging area and other related container shipment requirements. OneStop operates 3 container yard facilities in Manila: a 4.3 hectares container yard and warehouse facility (1,200 sqm.) in Malabon, a 1.7 hectare container yard in Balut, Tondo and another 5,000 sqm. facility inside Harbour Center. OneStop also operates a 1.2 hectare container yard facility in Cebu, a 1 hectare container yard at the Mindanao Container Terminal in Misamis Oriental, and a 1.7 hectare container yard in Macabalan, Cagayan de Oro.

DISTRIBUTION

OneStop Distribution, Inc. imports, sells, and distributes organic food products of Hutchison Hain Organics (HHO).

OneStop Distribution handles all key aspects of selling products for HHO and covers: Warehousing, distribution/delivery, direct sales, billing, legal transfer of goods, and promotional activities.

TANKERING

A forefront in the local tankering and petroleum barging industry, Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics spearheaded the introduction of modern and IACS (International Association of Classification Societies) classed tankers in the country during the late 1980’s.

Islas Tanker Seatransport Corporation is a long-time tanker provider in servicing the petroleum transport requirements of the oil majors nationwide. We also service our customers with tanker barges in the country’s key waterways, rivers and shallow ports.

We fully conform to all statutory requirements and concerns on the protection of the people, cargo, and the environment as well as comply with the current local and international regulations in tankering and petroleum barging, namely the Oil Companies International Marine Forum (OCIMF), MARPOL (Marine Pollution) 73/78, International Safety Management (ISM) certification for complying with the ISM code as prescribed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), and the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) certification.

PETROLEUM BARGING

For decades, our business has been managed by professional shipping personnel with expertise in tankering and petroleum barging operations and who are governed by the core corporate values of the organization.

MARINE BUNKERING

Marine Fuels Philippines provides 24/7, cost-efficient, and one-stop marine bunkering services to foreign and local principals whose vessels call at the domestic and international ports of Manila and other major ports in the country. We have been in the business of marine bunkering since 2001. All fuel products being supplied are ISO 8217:2005 certified and are delivered either by ISM and ISPS-compliant tanker barges and/or lorry tank trucks. All deliveries maintain strict compliance with international bunkering procedures, in accordance with MARPOL 73/78 Annex VI (latest version) regulations.

We are committed to delivering to our customers all grades of Industrial Fuel Oil (IFO), Marine Gas Oil (MGO) and lubricants for their vessels calling any port in the country, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. “In-transit or on-dock, we fuel your vessels around the clock”.

SHIP MANAGEMENT

Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics’ shipmanagement arm, Magsaysay Shipmanagement, currently manages 43 vessels, consisting of product and chemical tankers, petroleum barges, container ships, general cargo ships, fast-ferries, training ships and tugs in the domestic trade. Our related operations involve training, development and deployment of quality seafarers onboard vessels that are under our shipmanagement contracts.

Aside from shipmanagement services, we provide technical supervision, vessel performance monitoring, vessel budgeting, and recruitment & manning. We are certified by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) for complying with the International Safety Management (ISM) code as prescribed by the International Maritime Organization (IMO). In addition, we have earned the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) certification for our managed vessels by adopting security measures laid down by the IMO. Hence, our dedication to carry out quality and world class service through strict compliance with the IMO, ISM, and ISPS codes to ensure the safety of people and the environment in the course of our operations.

SHIP AGENCY AND BROKERAGE

Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics offers full agency services to Filipino and foreign shipowners, charterers, and principals.Through years of shipping experience, we have honed our professional expertise in providing needed agency requirements to our own fleet and allied shipping companies as well as knowing the ins and outs of all ports in the country.

Our network of branches is strategically located in Manila, Batangas, Bacolod, Cebu, Iloilo, Dumaguete, Leyte, Iligan, Cagayan de Oro, and Davao. Likewise, we have a pool of qualified and dedicated staff with in-depth knowledge on quick vessel turnaround, our main concern for vessel attendance. This is further coupled with the thrust of providing our principals and ship owners with professional, integrated, and efficient services matched with competitive and cost-effective port costs.

In the 1980s, we entered the chartering services for local and Far East trade although business slowed down in the early 1990s. We have restructured our organization to handle chartering with our renewed commitment to re-establish the chartering business. In 2002, we have ventured into the customs brokerage service to better serve our existing principals and clients in the importation of ship spares. We have been successful in handling the customs processing of containerized exports of reputable local exporters.

CHASSIS LEASING AND HAULING

Magsaysay Shipping and Logistics’ chassis leasing and 3rd-Party logistics outfits complement each other in providing supply chain solutions. Roadlink Solutions provides a ready pool of close to 200 chassis units (single & tandem) with double and tri-axle designs in catering to the transport and logistics demands of our customers. In addition, we provide haling and hustling services.

We provide domestic refrigerated container services including door-to-door delivery, stuffing and stripping, static reefer storage, shipping, forwarding, and trucking.
