We are a general building contractor specializing in midrise building construction and interior renovations. Established in 1996, RJV Cosmopolitan Builders, Inc. traces its humble beginnings as a single-proprietorship contractor, doing interior renovations for different academic, financial, and retail institutions located in various areas of Panay Island. These included clients such as the University of Iloilo, Insular Life, Malayan Insurance, Islacom, Mobiline, Piltel, and Metrobank. Not only limited to commercial establishments, RJV Cosmopolitan Builders, Inc. endeavored in the construction of various residential homes, as well.
This simple design and construction venture soon became a full-scale business activity as RJV Cosmopolitan Builders, Inc. had been granted by the Philippine Contractor's Accreditation Board (PCAB) a contractor's license with a C Category, specializing in General Building construction as its listed principal business acitivty with other lines for general engineering and sp electrical works.
The exemplary track record of RJV Cosmopolitan Builders, Inc.'s delivery of projects that uphold the highest standards in punctuality, quality, attention to detail, and beauty, built up the trust and rapport between RJV Cosmopolitan Builders, Inc. and its clientele.
Incorporated in 2002, RJV Cosmopolitan Builders, Inc. expanded its clientele base to serve top Philippine companies. These include construction of buildings and branches for the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Queen City Development Bank, retail outlets of Smart Communications, Inc., and most recently served store outlets of the Jollibee group of companies.
Today, not only the projects handled increased in size, but in scope and location as well, RJV Cosmopolitan Builders, Inc. has successfully mobilized and completed projects in locations like Cebu, Davao, General Santos, Puerto Princesa, Cagayan De Oro, Zamboanga, Urdaneta, Butuan, Ormoc, Bohol and Manila, all far from its home base, Iloilo.
