Tubig Pilipinas Group, Incorporated (TPGI), was incorporated last October 27, 2014 as a subsidiary of Pure Water Corporation primarily to carry on the general business of operating, managing and rehabilitating waterworks, sewage and sanitation systems and services and supply water to unserved or underserved communities outside the large metropolises. TPGI’s business further includes the maintenance, development, repair and upgrading of water and wastewater facilities including water supply, treatment, distribution of water, sewerage and sanitation, metering and leakage control, customer service and billing; the construction, maintenance and operation of all necessary and convenient buildings and structures as well as the provision of allied and ancillary services.
TPGI was formed as a result of the shared vision of the owners, and founders of Princess Urduja Waterworks System Inc., Quadcore Construction and Development Corporation, and Pure Energy Holdings Corporation. They have combined their strengths and brought together their vast experience in bulk water supply, water distribution, waste water management, value engineering and construction expertise, steel and PE pipe manufacturing, strategic corporate development, corporate finance, and investment banking to form a water utility company that will make a difference in the industry.

TPGI currently operates water supply and distribution systems in Trece Martires in Cavite, and Cadiz City in Negros Occidental totalling 8,000 water service connections. In 2017, TPGI was awarded the exclusive franchise to construct, operate, manage and maintain a water, sewage and septic utility system for the municipality of Echague in Isabela Province. The Echague project is currently under construction and will deliver first water by the first half of 2019. TPGI was also recently awarded the notice of award for the joint venture to develop the water and septage system of the Nabua Water District in Nabua, Camarines Sur.
Princess Urduja Waterworks Systems Inc (PUWSI), a subsidiary of TPGI, was formed in January 2012 and holds the exclusive franchise to supply, operate and maintain water utility systems in its home base in Sual, Pangasinan. It is presently supplying and distributing potable water to the towns of Sual and Labrador which serve 2,000 water service connections.
Bacolod Bulk Water Inc. (BBWI), a subsidiary of TPGI, inaugurated its first phase water treatment plant in October 2017, and supplies the Bacolod City Water District with an initial 15,000 cubic meters per day of potable water. It is currently constructing another pipeline that will bring water from the town of Murcia to Bacolod City for the second phase of the bulk water project. By the end of the second quarter of 2019, BBWI will increase supply to 30,000 cubic meters per day to Bacolod City. The volume is set to escalate up to 150,000 cubic meters per day of potable water.
Manila Water Philippine Ventures - Tubig Pilipinas Group Inc, Joint Partnership Agreement, since 2017 Manila Water and TPGI have closed numerous joint venture agreements with water districts in different cities and towns around the country. Among which are the water districts for the Municipality of Malasiqui, Pangasinan; City of Calbayog, Samar and City of San Jose, Nueva Ecija.
