Construction of Poco-A-Poco Phase 2 is ongoing with Phase 2A ready for turn over in April 2009, and Phase 2B ready by the first quarter of 2010.
It will be a 3-storey building boasting of individual terrace or garden for each unit. Proposed swimming pool, cafe and relaxation area are expected for completion by the 2nd quarter of 2010.
All units are available either finished or unfinished. Unfinished units have lower prices, but have provisions only for water and electricity lines. Finished units are ready for occupancy.

With the completion of SCTEX (Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway), travel time from Subic to Clark now takes only 30 minutes, while Subic to Manila only one and a half hours.
