PDX Eco Cottage, built in 2013, is a split-level guesthouse located in Southeast Portland’s historic, tree-lined Ladd’s Addition. It recently won Sunset Magazine's Small Space, Big Dreams - Small House Award and is featured in the September 2014 issue. This cool home away from home has modern amenities and mid-century modern styling in an area considered one of Portland’s most eclectic and progressive. The cottage has earned an Earth Advantage Platinum Green Building Certification for utilizing innovative building practices to reduce dependency on non-renewable energy, resource and water efficiency, indoor air quality and environmental responsibility.
